Great to have such a range of topics and actually see what is happening and why. Activities are great and relevant to the field trips. Am still learning about the field trips. Think they are fantastic! Thank you for all the time and effort that goes into them, it is much appreciated.

Home schoolers are welcome to register with LEARNZ. The cost of registering with LEARNZ as a home school is:

One student $65 (incl gst) per calendar year
Two students being taught at the same physical address $85 (incl gst) per calendar year
Three or more students being taught at the same physical address $110 (incl gst) per calendar year

A home school LEARNZ registration allows full participation in the programme, the same as for any other school. To start the process of your home school's participation in LEARNZ field trips, please fill in your details below.

After submitting the form, you will be invoiced for the correct amount ($65, $85, or $110) by email.
After we have received your payment, we will add your home school name with an allocated 5-digit school number to our database. If you are not a registered teacher with the New Zealand Teachers Council we will allocate you a 6-digit LEARNZ teacher registration number.
You will use your teacher registration number and home school name to register yourself with LEARNZ at www.learnz.org.nz/register/. (This provides full access to all LEARNZ field trips)
You can then enrol your class(es) in as many field trips during the current year as you wish and access any of the 150 archived field trips available on the Field Trip Chooser. (Enrolment ensures that you receive field trip newsletters and details about the arrangement for each trip)
